Ravenscroft is a Managed Services Provider (MSP). We manage and assume responsibility for providing a defined set of services to our clients, either proactively or as we determine necessary according to their specific requirements.

Our dedicated operational personnel regularly monitors and reviews key internal controls, general policies and user activity, which enables us to react fast and solve problems as they arise, instead of waiting for events or metrics to trip.

We work in conjunction with your company’s IT Manager or act as your IT Manager if you do not have or require a permanent employee on your payroll. In effect, we serve as a “neutral” party, offering you a complete IT solution that is entirely focused on increased productivity. We work with you to shape future direction, as opposed to merely fixing what you already have.
