Ravenscroft’s Remote Support is a service offered to Managed Services Clients.  It enables us to provide Remote Support Access for our technicians to access your IT Infrastructure remotely for the sole purpose of providing assistance for a particular issue.

We make use of a commercially licensed version of software called “TeamViewer” for this purpose.

For clients that are not on our Managed Services package this service is billed in 15-minute increments at our standard rates and is also subject to minimum charges as outlined in our billing structure.  This service is subject to our standard terms and conditions and invoiced accordingly.
